Dr. Ruchi Pankaj Shrivastava is a distinguished leader and academician with a career spanning over 25 years. She began her career as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering in 1997 and was elevated to Principal in 2013.
Currently serving as Principal at Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology - Diploma Studies, Vadodara, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in academic administration and educational innovation.
Her expertise extends to grant writing and administration, project and program management, and staff development. She has successfully developed and implemented special programs for diverse student populations.
As President of the Women Development Cell at Parul University, she is deeply committed to promoting gender equality and empowering women in academia.
